About the event
Sheila Nelson is the owner of Vegan East. She founded the business as an in-home bakery in 2016, opening its first retail location in 2018. The child of refugees, she is passionate about developing original recipes from scratch and creating new products. Outside of the bakery, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her Yorkie, Mia, and continually learning and growing as an individual. She now spends the majority of her time working with people on their healing journey.

Nacho Cheese Recipe
1 Bag or 200g of vegan cheddar shreds (We use Daiya)
1/4 cup of neutral oil - we are using avocado oil
3 tbsp jalapeno brine (the liquid from jarred jalapenos)
