Exhibitor Benefits

As an exhibitor, you’ll gain direct access to thousands of attendees — many of whom are trying vegan products and services for the first time. The event is known for its fun, welcoming atmosphere, featuring live music, speakers, free samples, and interactive activities. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build brand awareness and cultivate new customers who care about health, the planet, and animals

  • 50% registration discount for exhibitors traveling 100+ miles
  • Registration discounts for new businesses owned by people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of the Global Majority (operating less than 2 years)
  • Exhibitor fees are included in Silver-level sponsorships and above
  • Payment plans and ACH payment options are available

Exhibitor Requirements & Costs

Base Cost by Exhibitor Type

  • Food Vendor (you are preparing food at the festival and own a brick-and-mortar or food truck): $600
  • Pop-Up Food Vendor with Standard Food License (you are preparing food at the festival and do not own a food truck or brick and mortar location): $400
  • Food Vendor with Cottage Food License: $300
  • For-Profit Business (including prepackaged foods with no preparation on site): $250
  • Non-Profit Organization: $150
  • Animal Advocacy Organization, Bookseller, Artist, Student Group: $100
  • Half Table for Nonprofit or Advocacy Organizations with Annual Expenses under $25,000: $65

Additional Fees and Requirements

  • Refundable $200 security deposit (via check or card; waived for sponsors)
  • Liability insurance required (purchase links available in the application)
  • Regardless of your usual menu offerings, offer only vegan-friendly, fully plant-based products for purchase or sampling at the festival.
  • Offer only zero-waste packaging (reusable, compostable, or recyclable)
  • Stay for all event hours: 10 AM to 4 PM
  • Must bring a 10×10 tent — available to rent from us
  • Electricity fees: $50 for first 5 amps; $75 for each additional 5 amps (up to $500 for 31+ amps)

Additional Vendor Information

  • Load-in available Saturday afternoon, with overnight security provided.
  • Food Vendors need to offer one menu item at $5 or less to encourage attendees to try a wide variety of vendors.
  • Limited sun-protected spots available for sun-sensitive products
