Twin Cities Veg Fest — General Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms By attending or participating in Twin Cities Veg Fest (the “Event”) or using the Event websites and online services (including tcvegfest.com and exploreveg.org) (collectively, the “Sites”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with Compassionate Action for Animals’ (CAA) Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, please do not attend or use the Sites.

Code of Conduct All attendees, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, presenters, and contractors must follow CAA’s Code of Conduct at all times, including expectations for respectful behavior, anti‑harassment, and inclusion. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund or recourse.

  • The Event is public. Photography, audio, and video recording occur throughout the venue. By entering, you irrevocably consent to the capture and use of your image, voice, name, and likeness by CAA, Twin Cities Veg Fest, and their agents, partners, and assigns for promotional, editorial, and informational purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without compensation or further approval.

  • You waive any right to inspect or approve finished materials and release the above parties from claims arising from such use.
    2.Health, Safety, and Instructions

  • Follow all instructions from Event staff, security, and posted signage.

  • Comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and any health and safety protocols in effect at the time of the Event.
