The festival celebrates the power of plant-based food to help animals, people, and our planet. It is organized by the nonprofit Compassionate Action for Animals in partnership with Pihlstrom Consulting Group.
The festival will be held on September 20, 2026 at Harriet Island Park. Over 5,500 people attended in 2025, and this year will be even bigger!
Key Dates & Requirements:

Priority deadline: April 30

Application form closes on August 3.

All forms and payments must be submitted by August 10.

Every exhibitor must submit:

Logo (if available)
-
Completed ST-19 form (if making sales)

$200 refundable security deposit

Certificate of insurance

Food license (if preparing food on-site)

To ensure a positive experience for exhibitors and attendees, we limit the number of certain types of vendors. Businesses benefit from applying by the priority deadline. The vast majority of businesses that apply by this deadline will be accepted. Applications will then continue to be accepted on a rolling basis until August 3.
General Application Costs & Discounts:

You must pay $50 via credit card or ACH when you apply. If you are accepted this will be applied towards your base exhibitor fee; if you are rejected it will be refunded.

Discounts (50% off base exhibitor fee) are available for:

Exhibitors traveling 100 miles or more
-
New businesses (<3 years old) owned by members of Black, Indigenous, and People of the Global Majority communities.

These discounts apply to the base exhibitor fee only and cannot be combined.

Electricity, tents, tables, chairs, and weights can be rented for additional fees.
