Hi Flora!

Heather Klein is the visionary/creator and CEO at Hi Flora!, Minneapolis’s first temperance bar serving euphoric drinks and plant-based eats. She is also the founder and head chef at Root to Rise Kitchen. Heather works to bring vegan fare to the mainstream market by appealing to food lovers everywhere. Her mission is to bring “all diners to the table” by bringing familiar dishes with a twist and salubrious cuisine in a meaningful and sustainable way.
