Thanks for coming, everyone! We’ll post details about the 2017 event once we have them.
Twin Cities Veg Fest 2016 will place on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30 at Coffman Memorial Union at the University of Minnesota from 11am to 4pm each day.
Twin Cities Veg Fest is for anyone and everyone – from omnivores to vegetarians and vegans. The festival features a wide variety of exhibitors, speakers, and cooking demos. Enjoy free food samples, delicious vegan cuisine, fun cooking demos, and insightful presentations. And this year we’re expanding into even more space to make the festival more fun for everyone.

Tofurky, a Benefit Corportation, is one of the largest producers of vegan plant-based proteins in the U.S. It produces more than 40 delicious vegan products, including a large line of deli slices, sausages, burgers, grounds, chick’n, pizzas, pockets, tempeh and (of course) the Tofurky holiday roast. Still privately held, the organization is lead by Jaime Athos, CEO, who continues to champion Founder Seth Tibbott’s commitment to environmental sustainability and animal welfare.
A Well-Fed World is a hunger relief and animal protection organization chipping away at two of the world’s most immense, unnecessary and unconscionable forms of suffering… the suffering of people hungry from lack of food, and the suffering of animals used and abused for food.
We have a positive, practical, and action-led approach that produces immediate assistance for those in need and structural change for lasting results.
In addition to our direct programs, we raise funds, partner with, and promote innovative, highly effective projects that strengthen:
- plant-based feeding & farming programs
- farm animal care & rescue efforts
- vegan advocacy & community building
