Sponsorship is a great way to get your brand name in front of an interested audience. Last year’s event attracted over 7,000 people and we got incredible feedback from our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors.

We expect at least 8,000 people to show up for the event this year. As a sponsor, your brand will be promoted through our website, on our Facebook page, and in our advertising. At higher levels, you’ll also be mentioned in our press releases and can potentially have your logo on the official event t-shirt.

As a sponsor, you’ll also get a table at the event where you can talk to people one-on-one, offer product samples, and spread the word about your brand. Sponsorship sends a strong message of support to the veg-friendly community in the Twin Cities.

Finally, sponsors get to provide products and literature that will go in the 250 gift bags that we give to the first 250 attendees who arrive.

  1. We will prepare 250 swag bags which we will hand out to attendees. Items for inclusion in the swag bag should be non-perishable as these bags will be stuffed several days in advance.
  2. We will print at least 2 large banners to be displayed very visibly at the event. These will include the event name as well as sponsor information. The exact banner dimensions and placement are TBD.
  3. Sponsor logos will only be included in print materials as size permits. This year’s print materials will include promotional posters and small quarter-page flyers.
  4. We will work with you to pick the most appropriate presentation(s), but the final choice is up to Twin Cities Veg Fest.

Special Sponsorships

We also have a number of special sponsorships available. These sponsorship levels do not include any of the benefits listed above except where otherwise specified.

Cooking Demo Sponsor ($750)

We will feature your product in one of our cooking demos. You must provide a sufficient amount of product for us to use in the demo and for samples. Cooking demo sponsors will be listed on the website.

Naming Rights ($1000)

We will name the Kids Area, Cooking Demo presentation room, or Speaker room after your brand, as in “The Delicious Vegan Product Company Speaker Room”. You can provide a banner or sign for us to hang in a very visible part of this room (either near the stage or entrance).

Naming rights sponsors will be listed on the website as well.

This sponsorship is only available for three sponsors.

Swag Bag Sponsor ($100)

As a swag bag sponsor, you can provide a single item to be included in the swag bag given out to 250 attendees.

Food Donor

You can also contribute to the festival by donating food. Donated food will be given away to event attendees in sample sizes. The benefits of being a food donor are:

  • We will arrange to distribute your donated food to attendees during the event. This may be done by placing items in the attendee swag bags or by distributing food at one of the exhibitor tables.
  • You may provide a single promotional item (coupon, flyer, etc.) that we will make available to attendees while distributing your food.
  • We will recognize your donation on the Twin Cities Veg Fest website with a link to your company.
  • You will be recognized in our weekly update email newsletter, which is sent to more than 20,000 recipients.
