Twin Cities Veg Fest strives to be a zero-waste festival that is accessible to people of varied backgrounds and incomes.
We offer the following at the festival:
- free water refills from the St. Paul Water Wagon-bring your own bottle
- free swag bags with goodies from our sponsors for the first 100 attendees
- free family activities, live music, yoga classes and zumba classes–see the programming tab
- free health information and Let’s Beat Breast Cancer rally–see the programming tab
- free food samples at the Wildcat Sanctuary Food Giveaway
- $5 food options from food vendors
- zero-waste stations sponsored by Metro Transit and staffed by volunteers
- ADA seating throughout the festival grounds
- ADA on-site parking at Dr. Justus Ohage Boulevard
- ADA accessible shuttle
- ADA accessible paths
- Assistance for people with visual impairments. When you arrive, if your visual disability is obvious, a volunteer will ask if you want any assistance.
- A quiet area for people with sensory issues
- Accessibility help for assistance for those who request it from volunteers
- A welcoming environment for people of varied backgrounds and identities
Twin Cities Veg Fest is organized by Compassionate Action for Animals, a local non-profit working for a world where all animals, both human and non-human, can thrive.
